HOW WE GOT HERE:
Hey, we're Chris and Amanda. And just like you, we spent years confused about health, nutrition, and fitness. 

I (Amanda) developed an eating disorder in high school. After a full recovery I realized that being healthy was not about starving myself. Being healthy was about fueling my body with the right foods.

And I (Chris) spent my 20's burning the candle at both ends. Working as a band manager living your typical party lifestyle and paying for it. Once I  started prioritizing my health and fitness everything changed. It took me years of research and trial and error. I wish I'd had someone to teach me what we're sharing with you now.
